Three of our Adelaide Law School Academics, Dr Suzanne LeMire, Beth Nosworthy and Associate Professor Christopher Symes will be presenting papers next month (5-7 February) at the ‘Corporate Law Teachers Association Conference 2012’ to be held at the Bond University campus on the Gold Coast in Queensland. The Corporate Law Teachers Association and the Faculty of Law at Bond University will be hosting the annual CLTA conference in 2012 with the theme “Corporate Law in Times of Change”. It will cover contemporary issues in both Corporate Law and Corporate Governance in the light of the Global Financial Crisis. These issues will include board diversity, insolvency and business judgement and reforms.
